The Downstairs Flat has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms.

The Master Bedroom has en suite bathroom and a Queen bed.  The other two (2) rooms have 2 single beds each.  All three (3) bedrooms are air conditioned.  

The verandah also faces the sea and is 25 feet from the beach.
