Whether it is your home or your vacation home, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION  are still the three most important factors.Caribbean Sea in Carlisle Bay on the western border of the Garrison Historic area.

Our immediate neighbors are the Barbados Yacht Club on the South and a few yards along are the Grand Barbados Hotel and the Barbados Hilton Hotel. The main town, Bridgetown, is one mile along the beach the other way. Check this in our photos on the right.

The Garrison Historic Area in Barbados (the site of the British Military Garrison from 1650 until 1906), the center of which is 10 minutes walk away, has the heaviest concentration of the island’s historical sites, such as - America ……. How’s that for an original “tourist”?).

• The Military Cemetery
• The Main Guard building with its imposing clock tower
• The Horse Racing Track (which now rings the old Parade Ground)
• George Washington House (Yes, he was here too….. came with his older brother in 1751 and stayed for seven weeks on vacation. It was the only place he ever went outside of

Because we are centrally located, all the regular activities such as golf, watersports, deep sea fishing, diving, bars, restaurants, shows, tours, shopping etc. are within easy reach.
